Carmesha, after years of working for other prestigious salons throughout the Newark, Irvington, and Montclair areas established her very own salon named “Diamonds & Pearls”.  Diamonds and Pearls is located in the upscale section of downtown Jersey City, among beautiful million dollar Brownstones on Varick Street in the historical district of downtown Jersey City only a few blocks from City Hall.

Along with her responsibilities of operating a salon, Carmesha teaches Cosmetology at Natural Motions Institute in Jersey City, NJ and mentors other aspiring hair stylist from the NJ area and beyond. Carmesha regularly attends hair shows and continued educational classes to help enhance her craft and skill. Education is key to the success of healthy hair and satisfied clients.

Carmesha fondly known as "Diamond" is a very talented and artistic hair stylist. Through the years Carmesha has been featured in internationally distributed magazines such as Hype Hair, Try It Yourself, and Braids & Beauty, Gallery of Hair & Braids.

Along with her achievements, Carmesha has worked over the years with designers such as Anthony “Eastwick”, Tyrone Chablis, and well know photographers such as Eric Von Lockhart, Keyston Duke, and Joe Clark Photography.  Carmesha is known throughout the Tri-state area as being one of today's more premier “Celebrity Hair Stylist and Make-up Artist”. Diamonds and Pearls is a member of the American Cancer Society's "Look Good, Feel Great Program" and the "In My Community Program". These programs are geared towards helping those who suffer with hair loss due to Cancer.
